What is a Test Upsell?
A test upsell can be created using a draft product and draft license models for testing purposes. A test upsell operation enables software producers and device manufacturers to ensure that the products, license models, and product relationships are defined correctly before deploying them into production. To define a test upsell entitlement, you can use draft products and license models.
To enable a test upsell in the Producer Portal, both “editions” of the product must have been added, and a relationship between them (such as Upsell To or Upsell From) must be defined on the Relate to Different Products page.
